Learning Impairment Special Learning Disability--Written Expression And Speech Or Language Impairment?

Special Learning Disability--Written Expression and Speech or Language Impairment? - learning impairment

My son is 8 years. Was in kindergarten and is now in the first year. This year we have an evaluation on him. It has below average in most things, but they need special help in speech and writing impairment. First, what can I expect to happen next year with this new information? Secondly, I am trying to contribute in the areas lacking them. I bought Hooked on Phonics and some books on homeschooling to help you. Any other suggestions? Is it my fault that I am a single father who worked 50 to 60 hours per week, I! I feel guilty because my daughter is 6 years before him. I really think it's my fault! So my full time job and sold my house. He came with my mother (no joke! Spend) Only more time on him. I need help, I cried all day today because I want my child to be in an IEP. I was an honor student and graduated, now I'm back to my teacher in school. I want to do well in school!

Speech therapist and I'm here to tell parents that I am a terrible, but none of them are delays in your child Langauge receptive or expressive lead. It just happens. You should expect that your child is enrolled in speech therapy in the next year. The speech therapist is working in two areas. Read your child is useful. Everything starts with reading ..... Please try again at the sight words and phonetics used. When you read things in the house of his son's label, then do it. It may sound crazy, but I have helped many children in this way.

I think it's not his fault. Everyone learns differently. Many famous people like Einstein had learning difficulties. Enough to know that for him. Good luck to you and not to surrender, but do not drive yourself nuts too. Many children respond to these games.

With specific learning difficulties or speech is not your fault. It's like you faulty electrical Son in the brain, it is difficult to access information. Once an IEP is not a bad thing for tuition through the college into consideration. During his years at the elementary school to be disposed of mentoring during the school day, as middle school, less time to prepare and he was extra help, overtime and other accommodation available in the classroom occurred. Please do not blame you.

I gradutating with a degree in elementary education. The first thing to do is support what the teacher says, because it is much to see during the day. The next step is to talk with the teacher, "Hooked on Phonics is great, but sometimes a school services that best meet your child have needs. Hel Take what you can get. I have seen parents refuse to help themselves, and to see their children struggling. I have also seen to help parents and they are welcome to visit his children flurish.

Hey - This is not your fault stop, so easy! There are a thousand reasons why it happened. Looks like it's too bad, and I think it is a situation that can be solved.

What has really happened, that their problems in a general assessment of the development must be established. Only then will we know where the problems really came. Is it that we are an early stage of development, lost, like the development of intersubjectivity (shared care) or other precursors of language and the successful development of literacy.

Try not to blame, not really their fault.

I felt for you. I understand how you feel. But the fault is not the first and most important factor that you should focus. It is not. Is this your son. Not as a reflection of oneself.

My daughter was tested at the age of 3 to my request by the school district. The fact that she could not speak, or other children. The result is that she has a hearing process @ 3% of the tiles. My first reaction was angry, and why to me!

But it is a blessing to discover at an early age. For our children will not be misinterpreted as being stupid or lazy KID. Pls return to their despair, inspiration. Do your own research and work closely with educators. Plus you are more involved, asked to work with you and your child.

We need this as a blessing. My daughter learned early in life, you need to redouble our efforts to surpass or equal to 3 or 4 times. And it's the game plan in life. Remember the story of a race between RaBBIT and theturtles. And the little train that could?

My daughter started speech therapy 45 minutes per week 3 to 6 degrees. And he graduated with 3.8 GPA in high school with honors, contained a pre-English classes.

She is 16 and has a great plan for your future as a researcher in genetics. Where there is will and determination. It will not be successful.

Do not Stop Believing in your child. Look at all the celebrities and successful as Bill Gates and the list goes on ......

Do you know how many disabled people who do not need to be carried into adulthood? And he explains why they have been misunderstood life. And take the bad decisions that were made in life.

Disability is only a difference in learning. It's something you have to work. There are a lot of information out there, and you will work closely with teachers and school. I also work with tutors. And most important of all is to continue promoting your child and to maintain motivation - Never give up!

Congratulations to all the big and small moments made him praise for good work. They are its strength and its mirrors. If you believe in him and he will respond to your words of encouragement and Excel without any restrictions. Make sure it is a life in balance. Sport is very important for my daughter. She was so proud of their football and swim team.

Remember to have fun on the road. We wish him luck. Take care of yourself.

Let be strong and happy, God bless you and your son!
Cindy, a mother proud!

IEP is a good thing. It gives your child the housing you need to Excel. )))))))) ((((((( Hugs and kisses
