Head lice my youngest reported to school, now I'm panicking, hair extensions ihave are expensive, have you or anyone knows what to do if I can get?

Lice or extensions?
Going to the doctor and ask if there is any kind of medication. They have shampoos and conditioners for head lice. I want to buy, even if you do get what you do.
My daughter has the same panic about when, in an elementary school, do not worry too much, just treat them like normal hair and use a cream normal, hope that helps.

wash my hair every day and use an anti-lice shampoo, the whole family
